The Tax 2.0 Executive Forum was held in Chicago on October 8, 2008. This unique event brought together top corporate tax executives to develop a shared vision for the future — looking out 5-10 years into the future to understand the influences shaping the global tax industry.  In attendance were executives from global corporations such as Ford Motor Company, Nestle and General Electric

Rich Teerlink, former CFO, CEO and Chairman of Harley Davidson, opened the Forum and introduced the interactive process that Root Learning, a leading strategy and consulting firm, would be using to help participants collectively develop a “map” illustrating how the shape of tax will shift over the next decade. At that point, all participants engaged in a detailed discussion on the ways we can positively impact our industry going forward.

The next Forum will be held in New York City , Spring 2009.
